BIKANER: A married woman and her two children were brutally killed in village Chamarkheda of Sadulshahar tehsil of Sriganganagar district on Friday night. Police have rounded up the deceased woman's husband and four others, suspecting their involvement in this triple murder. Primary investigation revealed illicit relation of deceased woman with another youth of village Chamarkheda.
Sadulshahar circle inspector, Ved Prakash Lakhotia said that today morning police received information about killing of Santosh Meghwal (25), wife of Subhash Meghwal, her daughter Sneha (5) and son Mannu (3), whose bodies were lying on their bed in the house. Police team rushed to village Chamarkheda and started investigation. Cousin brother of Subhash Meghwal informed the police that on Saturday morning when he knocked on the door of the house of Subhash, there was no response. He forcibly opened the door and saw that bodies of Santosh, Sneha and Mannu are lying on the bed. He informed the neighbours and police as well.
Lakhotia said that primary investigation reveals that it is a result of illicit relationship of deceased Santosh Meghwal with another youth of village Chamarkheda. Santosh's husband, Subhash Meghwal was annoyed with this relationship and on Friday evening Subhash had heated argument with the youth and his wife Santosh.
CI Lakhotia said that the three have been killed by using some sharp weapon like axe. The bodies have been sent to mortuary of government hospital for postmortem.
